Bootybarre® (BB)
Bootybarre® ‘is a fun, energetic low impact workout that fuses techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga. It will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre® is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilising the barre.’
Bootybarre® Flex & Flow (F&F)
Flex & Flow is a fusion class based on the Pilates principles. The class is performed to the beat of the music utilizing a band for strength training and total body sculpting.
Bootybarre® Sculpt (S)
Sculpt is a total body workout to help strengthen and improve flexibility.

What to wear?
Casual gym attire is recommended and you can do classes in bare feet or use grip socks (available to purchase from Studio 875).
Remember to bring your water bottle to keep hydrated!
